Return & Shipping Policy (Rashset)
Inspection at the Time of Delivery (Top Priority)1
Customers are required to carefully inspect the product at the time of delivery by the logistics unit or shipping carrier to ensure there is no visible damage, dents, scratches, or breakage. Signing the delivery receipt constitutes confirmation that the product has been received in good physical and visual condition. If the product shows any damage at the time of delivery, the customer must refuse to accept it so that the item can be returned to the factory for inspection and replacement. After the delivery receipt has been signed, any claims regarding visible physical damage will not be accepted.
2. Hidden Technical Defects
If, after delivery, a defect in the structure or assembly of the product is discovered that was not observable at the time of delivery, the customer has up to 48 hours from the time of receipt to report the issue to the support department. After reviewing the provided documentation (photos and videos), if a structural manufacturing defect is confirmed, the necessary actions will be taken to repair or replace the defective component.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
Due to the nature of the products (MDF desks and office furniture), items that have been installed after delivery or return requests made due to a change of personal preference are not eligible for return.
4. Return Request Process
To report a technical defect, please contact the phone numbers listed in the “Contact Us” section or notify us through Rashset’s official messaging channels. Our experts will review your request within 24 business hours.
5. Refund Policy
If a technical defect is confirmed by our experts and repair or replacement is not possible, the customer’s payment will be refunded to the card number provided by the customer within 48 business hours
